Terms, kept short.

Rekkko is operated by Spark CX FZE, licensed by SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. When you use Rekkko, your agreement is with that company. Reach us at farhan@spark.cx.

By creating an account or continuing to use Rekkko, you agree to these terms. If you use Rekkko for a company, you confirm that you have authority to agree for that company. You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.

Only record and share material you have the right to use. Do not use Rekkko for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate, deceptive impersonation, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass technical limits, reverse engineer it, or resell it without written permission.

You keep ownership of your recordings, prompts and other material. You give Rekkko a limited permission to host, process and deliver that material only to provide the service. Rekkko and Spark CX FZE keep ownership of the software, documentation, design and branding. Your right to use the service is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

You are responsible for what you record, the instructions you give, and how you use edited or AI-generated results. Results can be incomplete or wrong, so check them before relying on or sharing them. Do not use the AI tools for illegal content, harmful deception, deepfakes, hate, malware, or attempts to bypass safety controls. Rekkko may refuse a request, remove material after a valid rights complaint, or restrict repeat infringement. Report a rights concern to farhan@spark.cx.

"Lifetime" means Founding-tier features for the life of the product, subject to fair use, and it is not transferable to another person or account. If you pay monthly, your founding price is retained for as long as the subscription stays active. Refunds are given within 30 days of a payment, no questions asked. Accounts created before pricing launched were granted founding access at no cost, on the same fair-use terms, and it is likewise not transferable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, tax, renewals and cancellation mechanics follow Paddle's buyer terms, and our own refund policy gives you 30 days to change your mind.

Normal recording is free. Extreme or abusive storage use may be limited so one person cannot make the service worse for everyone else.

Rekkko is hosted on Lovable Cloud, with accounts, database, transcripts and comments stored in the Europe region (Amazon Web Services, Ireland). Video files are stored and streamed by Bunny Stream, an EU company, and delivered from its global network, and pages are served from a global edge network. Availability therefore depends in part on those providers.

Rekkko is young software. We will work to keep it available and protect your recordings, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or material harm to other people or the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using Rekkko at any time; cancellation and refunds are covered above.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, the changelog will say so in plain language.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, including the regulations of SPC Free Zone, and the courts there handle any dispute.
