Refunds, without the argument.

If Rekkko is not what you hoped, ask for your money back within 30 days of the payment and you get a full refund. There is no form to argue your way through and no condition attached.

Email farhan@spark.cx from the address on your account, or request it directly from our payment provider at paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, who handled the original payment, and land back on the card or account you paid with.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the billing page linked in your account. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep Founding Member features until the end of the period you already paid for. Your recordings and share links keep working afterwards on the free plan.

The one-time lifetime purchase carries the same 30 day money-back guarantee. After that window it is not refundable, and it stays with the account it was bought for, as the terms explain.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Their own refund policy is at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
